✅ INGREDIENTS
  • 02 Eggs
  • 02 Tablespoons of Sour Cream
  • 01 Tablespoon of Flour, Thyme. 

✅ INSTRUCTIONS
  1. First I boiled the cauliflower in water & salt 5-7 min. 
  2. Then I put it on the clean kitchen towel. 
  3. I mixed eggs, sour cream, flour & thyme. 
  4. I immersed the cauliflower in this mix & I baked for 25-30 min, max 35 min, to 200 C degrees.
